Questions galleries ask before switching.

Why price by artwork count?

It is the clearest way to match pricing to the scale of a gallery. Your team should not have to think about feature gates, seat limits, or surprise add-ons. If your archive grows, your plan grows with it.

Are users really included?

Yes. Invite directors, registrars, sales staff, assistants, and collaborators without paying per seat. Gallery work is collaborative, and the pricing should respect that.

What counts as an artwork?

Any artwork record in your active archive counts toward your plan. Contacts, artists, images, locations, exhibitions, viewing rooms, inquiries, and orders do not change your price.

Can a small gallery start here comfortably?

Absolutely. Studio includes the same core product as larger plans. You get the pristine gallery workflow from day one, even if your archive is still intimate.

What if we have more than 50,000 artworks?

Contact us and we will tailor artwork volume, migration, onboarding, and account structure around your organization. The model stays simple; the support becomes more personal.

Do we have to move our own records in?

No. Migration is white-glove on every plan, not an upsell. Send us whatever you have—spreadsheets, a database export, years of accumulated files—and we will help craft the import files, map your fields, bring the images and existing notes across, and configure the account around how your gallery works. You approve the file before anything loads.

Can GalleryCamp feed our existing website?

Yes. A public API publishes the works you have marked available—with filtering, search, and pagination—so your current site can pull live inventory instead of being updated by hand. Inquiries submitted there post straight back into GalleryCamp against the right artwork. Your team creates and revokes the API keys, and nothing you keep internal is ever exposed.

Start with the archive you have today.

Small gallery or large program, the promise is the same: a pristine workspace, transparent pricing, and no distractions from the art.
