AI Assistants
For gallery administrators

Every tool an assistant can use

The complete list of GalleryCamp's MCP tools — what each one does, and which need a Read & write connection.

11 min read

An assistant works in GalleryCamp through a fixed set of tools, each doing one job: find artworks, record a payment, invite a collector to a viewing room. Most assistants show the tool's name as they use it, so this list doubles as a way to read along with what yours is doing.

There are 72 tools. In the Access column:

  • Read — available on every connection. Looks things up and changes nothing.
  • Write — needs a Read & write connection. A Read only connection isn't offered these at all.
  • Write · outside — can also reach someone outside the gallery, by email or on your live website, when the assistant is asked to. Assistants are told to check with you before doing that. See Access, safety and troubleshooting.

You never need to name a tool. Ask in plain words and the assistant picks the right one; What you can do with an AI assistant shows how.
